Revolutionary Design:
	The Chariot Spreader does much more than just spread manure. It processes the manure and shreds all clumps & shavings. It then spreads this nutrient rich fertilizer on the ground evenly. This evenly distributes and maximizes the nutritional value of the manure without smothering or burning a pasture. It also exposes more of the manure to sunlight which reduces parasite eggs and allows the manure to decompose far more quickly than a traditional "box" style spreader. This quick decomposition encourages a healthy pasture and greatly reduces the amount of time between spreading and horses grazing again on the pasture.
Hydraulic Powered System: (If equipped)
	Offering 1,000 lbs per square inch of power, this system rotates the shredder drum and spiked agitator bar and offers a variety of advantages over ground-driven systems. Variable flow control enables the operator to apply just the right amount of material to the ground. This ensures proper application rates of material to maximize its nutritional value; minimizing waste and reducing nitrogen burn to vegetation. On/Off spread control from the seat of the tow vehicle. Continues to spread while being operated up and down hill. Works in snowy and icy conditions. Performance does not diminish as the load lightens.
Ground Drive System: (If equipped)
	The ground drive system adds two additional tires to power the spreader. The operator uses a ratcheting turn knuckle to engage the tires with the ground. This causes the rotation of the shredder drum and spiked agitator bar to begin processing and spreading the material. This simple design has virtually no maintenance and is easier to use than traditional ground drive systems. No calibration is required!
Shredder Drum:
	The shredder drum is powered by the hydraulic pump (on 3H & 6H) or ground engagement wheels (on 3G) to shred all manure clumps and bedding materials. This shredded material decomposes very fast, helps reduce parasite eggs/fly larva, and eliminates the need to harrow after spreading. The blades are welded to the drum in a unique pattern to produce a continuous even spread. This ensures vegetation will not be smothered or burned by too much material.
Spiked Agitator Bar:
	The spiked agitator bar feeds the shredder drum and ensures consistent material flow. This feature is what enables this spreader to process both dry and wet materials.
Release Panel:
	The release panel is spring loaded and allows materials that are too hard to shred such as rocks, wood, frozen chucks and other objects to pass through the spreader without damaging anything. This panel may also be released to allow the spreader to be emptied in the rare event the operator decides not to spread the load.
Processing Bin w/Replaceable Panels:
	The processing bin is available in 3' and 6' sizes. The front and back panels are sloped to aid in the flow of material. The back panel is lower for easier loading. The extra height of the front panel allows for additional material to be heaped. Each panel is replaceable in the event it becomes damaged or wears. The bin panels are heavy duty 12 gauge solid steel with a durable powder coated treatment.
Transport Wheels:
	3G - The 3' ground driven unit has 2 transport/load bearing wheels and two shredder drum engagement wheels. 3H - The 3' hydraulic unit has two transport/load bearing wheels. 6H - On the 6' hydraulic unit the transport/load bearing wheels are much larger air filled tires to enable better floatation due to the added weight of the unit & capacity. All transport/load bearing tires have high quality replaceable bearings, hubs & spindles for long service life.
Pin Hitch & Jack:
	The pin hitch and jack are designed to make connecting to a tow vehicle easy.
Powder Coating:
	The Chariot Spreader is powder coated to help resist rust.
Balanced Design:
	The spreader is well balanced so it may be loaded when not connected to a tow vehicle. The spreader is stable and won't tip backward.

Controlled Spread

A controlled spread means the material goes where you intend and the material will never be flung onto the operator, tow vehicle or anything nearby. This enables the spreader to be used for a larger variety of applications where precision application of material is important.

Variable Flow Control (Hydraulic powered system only)

Variable flow control enables the operator to apply just the right amount of material to the ground. This ensures proper application rates of material to maximize its nutritional value; minimizing waste and reducing nitrogen burn to vegetation. The operator may also turn the spread On/Off from the seat of the tow vehicle.

Improved Safety

Unlike the vast majority of spreaders on the market the Chariot Spreaders moving parts are mostly concealed. No rotating blades, augers or mesh drums to injure the operator or others around the spreader.

Eco-Friendly Spreading

The combination of the shredded output, controlled spread and variable flow control make the Chariot Spreader one of the most eco-friendly spreaders on the market.

Low Maintenance

All maintenance points are located outside of the processing bin and are easy to access. The operator will never and should never climb into the spreader or place hands inside the spreader for any reason. In fact, all routine maintenance may be performed with the spreader fully loaded. The chain tension may even be adjusted by a single bolt at the front of the spreader. If more in depth maintenance or repair is needed the spreader may be flipped on end for easy access to all moving parts.

These advantages are not found on most traditional spreaders.
