"About a year ago my horse had an acute case of laminitus. The paddock that I had to keep him in, was a packed bare dirt surface. I needed to come up with someway to give him some relief so he could move around a little. I tried a harrow but all this did was bounce on top of the dirt and create dust. I didn't want to spend a lot of money but I wanted to get the best for my money. After attending a Cris Cox seminar, I saw the Rascal. I sent for the video and seeing what this could do I decided to try it out. This is one tough tool! I had to break threw some tough packed and dry soil to achieve my goal, and the Rascal held up, and is still working well today. The area I'm working is about 150 sq feet. I also used it to prep an area for re-seeding. I would recommend this to any one needing a great ground conditioner for a small to medium area, that doesn't want to spend a lot of money."
